The Pearl Tower

This massive Stilt + 6 apartment complex is located in a densely populated residential area at the heart of Malleypally in the city of Hyderabad. Each floor consists of 8 apartments: 1 – 2BHK and 7 – 3BHK units ranging from 950 to 1250 sq. ft. Initially a single plot, later merged with the adjacent land totaling to 900 sq.yds. The Studio was involved in the planning of the structure and design of the exterior façade. Visuar Labs produced 3D visualizations for the project.
