The Studio designed a series of Holiday Homes in Dream Monarch and Dream Avenue communities located at Gaganpahad. The idea was to make them comfortable and relaxing while keeping the design minimal and cost effective.
We used portable Container Homes for the rooms with a shaded portico extending from it, where the kitchen and sit-out is accommodated. An octagonal pergola is fixed in the open greenery where the guests can dine or watch a movie on the screen here.
Instead of a full swimming pool which increases the costs with excavation, filtration units, etc., we planned a small pond for the visitors to just sit and relax in, and to also enhance the overall design of the landscape.
