A. K. Fortview Apartment

This stilt + 5 residential apartment is located in a densely populated locality full of mid-rise complexes. The Studio designed the exterior façade of the structure, along with providing 3D visualisations of the floor plan. The developers wanted to go with a dark colour theme using only textured paint finishes, and hence we proposed a combination of light and dark grey textures with white surfaces. Sun shades are used on every window in 2 design variations to protect the rooms from the harsh summer sun.
