  1. Understand

    Establish project objectives, site conditions, user requirements and development priorities.

  2. Develop

    Translate the brief, or an existing design, into considered planning, architectural concepts and design development.

  3. Coordinate

    Resolve interfaces between architecture, interiors, structure and building services with clients, consultants and project teams.

  4. Document

    Working drawings, construction documentation and architectural detailing for approvals, tendering and construction.

  5. Support

    Design clarification, site visits and construction coordination, where included in the agreed scope.
